You don’t need to be a mechanic to understand what's going on under the hood.
Here I designed the proof of concept for a telematics app that connects seamlessly to the customers vehicle. It provides real-time insights into the their car health status, made it easy to book into the nearest garage and also educate the customer on smaller tasks they can cover themselves, like tire pressure and oil check.
I designed a series of key screens highlighting key user flows; being notified of issues before a breakdown occurs, guides to carrying out simple car checks at home and easy servicing bookings.
I then combined the App screens into a contextual storyline which guided the pitch through the ideation & explorations serving as conversation starters in the audience.
We took this one step further and developed a set of the screens to demonstrate how the process of connecting your car to the app would work for real.
